Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009, at the age of 50. According to reports, Jackson died as a result of cardiac arrest. An attorney for the family said Jackson was addicted to painkillers. An autopsy was performed on June 26, 2009, and toxicology results are pending.
Jackson’s family said that he was given daily injections of Demerol. The LAPD impounded the car of Dr. Conrad Robert Murray who reportedly lived with Jackson and tried to revive him until the ambulance arrived. Dr. Murray’s whereabouts were unknown on the afternoon of June 26,
